Tanorama has always believed in providing it's customers with new tanning technology, the cleanest rooms, and the most friendly, educated staff.  That is why we are known as 'The Tanning Experts'.  Tanorama has been a proud member of The Smart Tan Network since 1997.

Tanorama was also voted one of the Top 250 Tanning Salons in the United States by Looking Fit Magazine every year since 2006.

Tanorama of Portsmouth has been around since 1978. It originally began as a franchise, but in December of 1996, it was purchased by Bob Ashe.  After successfully growing the business, Bob was able to purchase his second location in 2001.  In 2008, Tanorama expanded adding additional space to its current location in Portsmouth, and also added more tanning beds including an High Pressure tanning bed and High Pressure booth.

Overall, we are excited about the direction our stores are growing in and we know none of this would be possible without our loyal and treasured customers.
